Qualifications we ask for

• 関連分野の学士号以上の学位が必要です。関連分野の修士号があると望ましい
• 少なくとも関連分野における7年の経験があり、幅広い持続可能性戦略と脱炭素化ソリューションの技術的理解がある方
• ESGポリシー、脱炭素化に精通し、コンサルティングサービスの提供に慣れている方

経験豊富な方はディレクターレベルでの採用可能性があります。

• 人材管理スキル、効率的なチーム構造の設計と実装能力、チームのマネジメント経験、およびチームにおける人材教育の経験がある方
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力のある方

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. A master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in a related field, with a strong technical understanding of a wide range of sustainability strategies and decarbonization solutions.
• Familiarity with ESG policies and decarbonization, and experience in consulting services.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for Director level positions.
• Strong people management skills, ability to design and implement efficient team structures, and experience in team management and personnel development.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency.

About the position

アジア太平洋地域全体での持続可能性アドバイザリービジネスの戦略策定とマネジメントを担当していただきます。APAC地域でのサステナビリティと脱炭素化に関する戦略策定、製品やサービスの開発、スタッフの育成と管理、年間の収益目標の達成に取り組んでいただきます。

You will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the Sustainability Advisory business across the Asia Pacific region. This includes strategic planning for sustainability and decarbonization in the APAC region, developing new products and services, staff training and management, and achieving annual revenue 
targets.
